By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Ashrey Diagnostic Center provides laboratory testing, medical imaging, ECG, vaccination, drug testing, doctor consultations, and annual physical examination (APE) services across our branches in Metro Manila. All services are subject to availability and branch operating hours.

3. Appointments & Bookings

• Online bookings are confirmed via email. A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.
• Walk-in patients are accommodated based on availability and are not guaranteed a specific time slot.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Ashrey reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational needs, with prior notice to the patient.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may change without prior notice.
• Home Service appointments may be subject to additional mobilization fees.
• Payments are non-refundable once a service has been rendered.

5. Results & Medical Advice

Laboratory and imaging results are released for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. Patients are advised to consult a licensed physician for interpretation of their results. Ashrey Diagnostic Center is not liable for any decisions made based on test results without proper medical consultation.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashrey Diagnostic Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
